What are your shipping times and costs?
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 10:00 AM are usually processed the same business day and shipped the following day.

Yes! For urgent orders within Germany, we offer DHL Express shipping for €18.

How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details, including your tracking number. You can use it to follow your shipment and check the estimated delivery date.
Will I have to pay additional taxes or customs fees?
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (such as Switzerland or UK), import duties and taxes may apply. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient and cannot be reimbursed by us.
Because customs fees vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, please email us as soon as possible at ewelina@glowcoach.co.
We’ll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes! You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, in line with our return policy.
How to proceed:

Send us a short email at ewelina@glowcoach.co with your order ID and the items you’d like to return.

Send the items back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your purchase within 10 days— often sooner.
Please note:
As a small manufacturer, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. You may use a DHL return label from us or ship the items back using your preferred method.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we are unable to process direct exchanges.
However, you can return the item (see above: Returns & Exchange) and place a new order in our online shop.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received, we will refund your payment within 10 days to your original payment method — usually even faster.

Where can I find my invoice?
We do not include paper invoices in our shipments.
If you need an invoice, simply email us at ewelina@glowcoach.co, and we’ll be happy to send it to you.
I’m having trouble completing my payment—what can I do?
We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues during checkout.
The easiest first step is to restart your device and try again—this resolves most payment problems.
If you’re still having trouble, email us at ewelina@glowcoach.co. We can create a manual order for you and arrange payment directly.
